Course Description

This course is tailored to therapists who work collaboratively with doctors in managing patients prescribed medicinal cannabis. It covers approved clinical indications in Australia, such as chronic pain, palliative care, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and CINV, and provides best practices for patient management. The course includes the process of prescribing, current legislation, and adhering to TGA requirements to ensure high standards of patient care. Completion of the course will enable therapists to better understand medicinal cannabis and provide support to doctors in managing patients who use this treatment.
