About the speaker

Dr Michael Mumford is a General Practitioner and Principal Doctor at Medical Professionals Dapto and Southern Cross Cannabis Clinic. He is also the Medical Director at The Provocatus, an Australian and Veteran Owned pharmaceutical company offering quality, Australian GMP certified plant medicines and products to the domestic market.

Initially serving in the Royal Australian Engineering Corps, he shifted to medicine, earning an MBBS from the University of Wollongong and completing fellowship training through the RACGP. He has military experience as a Medical Officer with deployments in East Timor and Afghanistan, earning several medals, including the Australian Active Service Medal. After military service, he established his practice in 2019.
